Refund policy

Mystic Yarn Works offers a 60-day period during which you may return or exchange your purchased item(s), beginning on the date the items were delivered. During this period you may return any items purchased at your own expense, for either a refund of the original purchase amount less shipping, or to be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value, not including shipping.

Conditions

Items purchased from Mystic Yarn Works may be returned within the allotted return period provided that:

• The item is not mangled or damaged
• The item has not been sullied or soiled in any way
• The item was not purchased at a discount

All items purchased on clearance, sale, or otherwise indicated as discounted for any reason ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE, regardless of any condition.

Items returned to Mystic Yarn Works outside of the allotted return window will not be refunded, exchanged, or returned. The returned item will not be converted to store credit. If you have exceeded the allotted return window do not send the merchandise back. It will not be returned.
