So, I haven't entirely finished moving yet, but I'll say I'm moved enough to reopen my store, so here we go. Since it's been a while since we saw each other, here's the low down on my new policies:
- I'm now going to just make yarn to order. I cannot make enough yarn at once to keep a standing inventory, so my time will be better spent simply making yarn as people order it. I'll still be coming out with new colorways fairly regularly, though, so keep your eyes peeled and join my mailing list if you haven't already, to get updates on that kind of thing.
- IMPORTANT: Making yarn as it's ordered means your order will take at a minimum 2 weeks to ship. How long the wait is depends on how many orders I have on my plate. I work as fast as the laws of physics allow, but if there is a long list of orders in queue, it could take 4 - 12 weeks. That being the case, if you want to know specifically how many orders there are ahead of yours, please message me and I will let you know an estimated wait time.
- Secondly, the estimated wait time quoted is an estimate and does not constitute in any way shape or form a contractual obligation to complete the order with said estimated timeframe.
- I'm now going to be taking custom orders again. If you want something special, feel free to message me and we'll work it out.
